The agenda issues are invited from all the members/ invitees of SCOPE-Shipping and SCOPE-Air 30 days in advance of the date of meeting. These agenda issues are compiled and rationalized to facilitate a meaningful and focussed discussion in the meeting. The minutes of the meeting are circulated to all concerned and the decisions taken in the meetings are followed up with all the concerned implementing agencies. Before the next meeting of SCOPE-Shipping and SCOPE-Air, the status of the actionable points of the previous meeting is prepared based on the feedback received from different implementing agencies and circulated. The present electronic presentation of ‘e-SCOPE’- is also one of the decisions of SCOPE-Shipping and SCOPE-Air.
